She is a qualified C.A. and B.com graduate. She is known for her varied experience in bank audits, company law, direct taxation and indirect taxation.

Mr. Shashank Gupta
He is Master in Economics and a B.com graduate. He is a senior dynamic professional with 20 years of experience in various fields. Besides being a senior advisor on Direct Taxation for individuals he is primarily responsible for networking, operations & client relationship of the firm.
He has extensive experience on advisory on contract structuring, documentation, assistance in tax and fiscal estimations for submission of tenders and bids, financial management etc.He is also involved in various
corporate services including formulating, structuring and vetting of shareholders’ agreement, memorandum of understanding, business acquisition/transfer related agreements, consortium/joint venture agreements, leases, inter-corporate service agreements; company incorporation services including related documentation etc.
